CAC 1st half Operation Meeting Summary
CAC first half operation meeting was held in Shanghai and each base joined the meeting via video. The meeting summarized 1st half year business and deployed 2nd half year operation. Chairman Tin, President Xie, vice president Mr.Qi and other leaders all joined in the meeting.
Now China is undergoing profound and complex changes, especially in 2020, the impact of pandemic has generated large impact to all human kind society and various political structures. All industries are facing unprecedented challenges. Despite negative factors, CAC continue to keep steadily production while reduce the pandemic impact at same time. We successfully completed the objective of 1st half year and made new progress in many other areas.
Participants made report and communication in operation meeting including manufacturing, QSHE management, information construction, supply chain, R&D, marketing and oversea cooperation, etc. according to agenda.
President Xie analyzed market condition of three core products and addressed that CAC need to take advance of current market reshuffle progress and strengthen the confidence to be stronger in future. In addition, CAC needs focus on technological innovation, supply chain supporting and construct commercial structure in both oversea and domestic market. Actions included costs reduction, supply chain capabilities improvement of the core products are key factors to set up quick response system of sales. While stabilizing partnership with key account, CAC also insist to expand customer’s base to maintain high rate of operation. For objective of the 2nd half year, President Xie stressed that we need arrange capital operation, new molecule development and new strategy plan reasonably.
Before the meeting finished, Chairman Tin delivered a speech to summarize the development and transition of CAC’s strategy in past 5 years from various aspects. Mr.Tin stressed that effective strategic layout and enforcement led CAC develop from AI manufacturing to offer crop protection solution, brand building and even integrated supply chain in the competitive market. On this basis, CAC will continue to upgrade new strategic positioning, focus on key technology and product, set up globalized international vision in the following days to realize “Innovation is an assurance of brighter future”
In addition, the trainer from Sinochem was invited to deliver training program for all the audience the day before meeting to exchange the experience of excellent operation, which helps the participants benefit a lot. At the end of meeting, Prsident Xie required all participants combine theory with practice, deepen delicacy management and share the lessons at the 3rd quarter meeting.
