CAC Nantong Chemical Co., Ltd. Rudong Factory is located in Yangkou Chemical Industrial Park, Rudong County, Jiangsu Province. Rudong County is located in the prosperous Yangtze River Delta region on the eastern coast of China. It borders the Yellow Sea to the east and the Yangtze River to the south. It is adjacent to the international metropolis Shanghai and is within the 1.5-hour economic circle of Shanghai. The company's park is conveniently located at the cross-section of three provincial highways, i.e., Tongyang Expressway, Ningqi Expressway and Linhai High-grade Highways, providing easy transportation. The park is equipped with comprehensive public utility facilities (thermal power plants, centralized sewage treatment plants, solid waste incineration plants and industrial water treatment plants).

The Rudong factory was founded in 2004 with a registered capital of RMB 405 million. It is a nationally designated pesticide manufacturer that mainly engages in the development, production and distribution of safe and environmentally friendly pesticides with high efficiency, low-toxicity, good market prospects, high added value, low waste. The company's main products include azoxystrobin, wild wheat, glyphosate, cyhalofoprin, chlorpheniramine, grass, etc. Among which, the production facility of azoxystrobin is well-known in China, and the production facility of wild wheat is one of the most important carbamate facility in the world.

Since 2009, the company has been successively rated as a high-tech enterprise. It has obtained 26 patents under national IPR protection and participated in the formulation of national and industry standards for cyhalofop-butyl ester. Many of its products have been rated as high-tech products. In 2011, it was rated as a provincial-level engineering technology research center. In 2015, it was recognized as “Enterprise Technology Center” by Jiangsu Province. It has been ranked among the Top 50 comprehensive enterprises at the local level for many years. In recent years, it has been rated as “China Chemical Industry Top 500”, “National Star Enterprise of the Private Chemical Industry” and “Top 100 Growth Enterprises in China's Chemical Industry” and “Top Ten Socially Responsible Enterprises in China’s Pesticide Industry”.

The Rudong factory was built according to the European HSE standard. It was the first batch of enterprises to meet the second-class safety production standards in the Industrial Park. It operates in a standardized, streamlined manner, complete with complete safety and environmental protection facilities, quality manufacturing equipment and advanced testing equipment. It has obtained ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001: 2015 Environmental Management System Certification and OHSAS180001: 2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management Certification among other certifications.

CAC Shanghai International Trading Co., Ltd. is the business operation center (“the center”) of CAC Nantong Chemical Co., Ltd. It mainly engages in research and development of pesticides and fine chemicals, wholesale of pesticides, fertilizers, agricultural machinery, chemicals, intermediary services, as well as import and export of goods and technology.

The center consists of the operation management department, the marketing department, the product development department, the procurement department, the overseas business department, the branding business department, the fine chemical business department, and the domestic agrochemical department. The center has a professional, international and flexible business team with deep industry knowledge and rich practical experience, able to carry out in-depth research on international market segments in which the company is deeply seated, gathering information on the markets’ characteristics and local laws and regulations. The center is also responsible for managing the company's global investment, construction and commercial operations around the world.

Suzhou Jiahui Chemical Co., Ltd. is a specialized pesticide formulations processing base wholly-owned by CAC Nantong Chemical Co., Ltd. It is located in Panyang Industrial Park, Xiangcheng Economic Development Zone, Suzhou and covers an area of 34,000 Square meters. It is well located geographically and enjoys convenient transportation. Founded in 1995 with total assets of 150 million RMB, the company mainly engages in the synthesis of agrochemical products such as glyphosate and paraquat. In 2010, it transformed from a nationally designated pesticide TC products manufacturer to a pesticide formulations processing enterprise.

The company guards strictly against cross-contamination risks and has never experienced a single incident in its years of operation. It strives for the continuous improvement of the QSHE system and strictly implement relevant standards. Through adhering to the policy of “Quality as foundation”, every batch of ex-factory products is closely inspected. Jiangxi Tianyu Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Yanhua Industrial City, Xingan County, Ji'an City, the beautiful hinterland of Jiangxi Province. It is the significant production base of 2,4D and 4E products in China. Its products are exported to the United States, Brazil, Argentina, Indonesia, Malaysia and other countries. The company has won the title of national high-tech enterprise and provincial technology center, applied for 13 invention patents, of which 3 have been authorized, and 20 patent applications, of which 10 have been authorized, 2 advanced technologies were appraised at the provincial level. The company adopts advanced international standards for internal quality control and has led the standard-setting process of 2,4D products in China. It has obtained the ISO9001/2015 quality system certification and has represented high-end products home and abroad. And its 2,4D products are featured with odorless products in the world. Jiangxi Univate New Materials Co.,Ltd

Jiangxi Univate New Materials Co.,Ltd is a functional chemical production base wholly owned by CAC Group, located in Salt Chemical Industry City, Xingan County, Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province.

The planned investment of Univate’s first project is 1.38 billion yuan. It started in July 2020 and will put into trial production in March 2022. All production units are equipped with DCS automatic control system and SIS safety system. The safety and environmental protection standards are first-class, and the technology is domestic leading.

In 2022, the company has built and put into operation 20,000 tons of m-xylylenediamine and 10,000 tons of benzophenone. Among them, m-xylylenediamine is not only a curing agent for water-based coatings, but also a key raw material for the new high-barrier nylon MXD6. The launch of the company's products has broken the market monopoly of multinational companies and shown the strength of Chinese manufacturing. Benzophenone is mainly used in inks. It is also an important pharmaceutical intermediate for rapid curing of architectural coatings. The product has advantages in production capacity. Since it was put into production for one year, the company has won praise from customers with its excellent product quality and service.

In the future, in addition to crop protection, Jiangxi Univate will also expand its business to new materials and electronic chemicals, by taking advantage of local chemical resources of Xingan County, together with core technology and industrial chain advantages.
